Though it may give a homeowner a good idea of how much money Amendment 1 could save them, please realize this script assumes that certain factors remain constant, such as a static millage rate and a maximum 3 percent annual home value increase via Save Our Homes. Both of these exact circumstances are highly unlikely to happen.
